FYI - You will be calling me at the schedule time so it is very important that you include the number that you will be calling from so that I will make sure to pick it up from Caller I.D.
By confirming this appointment, if you no-show (that means that you make an appointment and you don't call at the scheduled time) you will be billed at my rate of $150.
